What currency are the prices in?
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We do our best to process and ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, the average delivery time is 6-9 business days.
Tracking numbers will be provided 1-3 days after your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 2 business days, please contact us at info@violet-melbourne.com.
I’m not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there’s an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the item to us for a full refund. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number with the returned parcel.
Please note: If your package is still on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and then initiate the return process for a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order with no penalty, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy return process to receive a full refund.
I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct one as soon as possible. Notify us via email at info@violet-melbourne.com.
We can update the address within 24 hours of your order being placed. After that, no changes or refunds can be processed if the wrong address was submitted.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary as we ship from different fulfillment centers depending on your location. For Australian orders, the typical shipping time is 6-14 days.
